Hon YoSo Kai is a new WadoKai karate school based in Worcester. It was set up as a club during April 2009 and has had a very successful start. Entering 3 competitions since April, those being Western Super Mare WKU International, Aiwakai National in Alfreton and Central England open championships in Walsaw, and have won a total haulage of 27 medals from a team of 6.

The coaches at Hon YoSo Kai are David Wilson as Head coach and Katrina Wilson as a Volunteer coach.

Katrina Wilson- Has been training for 9 years and has won the under 16 european championship title 3 years in a row. She is now looking forward to Dublin this year, moving up to the next category (16-18years), she hopes to be able to carry on with the winning streak for England!

Kathleen Finney- Has been selected for the England squad this year and hopes to take over Katrina’s old title of under 16 european champion. She is showing great potential!

Natasha Smith- Another who has been selected for the England team, she has made a good contribution to the team by winning 6 medals from 3 competitions in both kumite and kata! 
Samuel Smith- He has had a very impressive year coming away with a total of 8 medals from the 3 competitions in both kata and kumite, well done sam!
 
       
  Courtney Smith- Just turned 10 and has 5 medals from the 3 competitions all in kata!   
     
Samantha North- Has won 4 medals from the 3 competitions all in kata and only at the age of 10!
